According to the Turkish Land Protection Law, foreign individuals can acquire title deeds by investing in at least 10,000 square meters of agricultural land. Once the land setup is complete and the land use status is changed from field to garden in the title deed, all necessary legal procedures are completed, and the title deed is transferred to the foreign investor. However, due to various checks by the Ministry of Agriculture, the title deed transfer process may take between 3-6 months.
